Located within a 30-minute radius of Hershey, PA, shooting trips take place at nearby shooting grounds selected based on accessibility and weather conditions. The 4+ hour adventure includes shooting instruction, a first aid kit, firearm, ammunition, eye and ear protection, shooting vest/ammo pouch, water, coffee, snacks, and photography opportunities. Meals are available but not included in the package. Participants can also opt for meal options during the experience. Adventure Explorations trips usually begin at the Outfitter behind the Hershey Hotel, where guides will outfit the group for the day's activities. Participants are encouraged to bring appropriate clothing such as jeans, t-shirts, or collared shirts, sturdy hiking boots or shoes, a rain jacket, and an insulating layer. Additionally, sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses, and sun protection are recommended. Optional items to bring include a personal firearm, eye and ear protection, and shooting vest/ammo pouch.
