The rental cost includes one bike per rider, with cruiser bikes coming equipped with a lock, helmet, bell, and handlebar bag, while road bikes come with a lock, helmet, water bottle holder, and bell. Riders must adhere to all traffic laws and be at least 12 years old and 5 feet tall. Photo ID and credit card are required for rental, and debit cards and pre-paid cards are not accepted. Participants must visit the shop at 317 Burgundy St. in the French Quarter for bike pick-ups and returns, and must read, understand, and sign the 'Release, Waiver, and Indemnification Agreement and Statement of Assumption of Risk by Customer' before participating in the activity. The company reserves the right to deny services to anyone for any reason, and riders suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to rent or ride. Reschedules, refunds, and gift card issuance are at the company's discretion, with no refunds or reschedules offered once the rental reservation time has passed. Additional items are available for rent or purchase, including bottled water, handlebar mounted smartphone holders, quality lights for night riding, and custom city biking maps with route info, points of interest, and places to avoid. Two different self-guided tour maps are available for purchase, with one map focusing on the 'Creole' side of town before the Americans arrived, and the other on the post-1803 'American Sector' area known as the 'Garden District' or 'Uptown.'
