Please arrive 35 minutes early for your reserved time slot to ensure a smooth check-in process, as arriving late may result in a loss of riding time. Customers can expect a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation or in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental.
