The store is open from April 1st to October 31st from 9am to 7pm, and from November 1st to March 31st from 9am to 5pm. All equipment is maintained in-house by professional mechanics, ensuring the safety and quality of each bike. The customer service staff is knowledgeable and can help customers choose the best bike for their needs, as well as provide tips on trails, routes, and places to eat. Each rental includes a helmet, a color coded map, and a bike lock at no additional charge, making it easy for customers to explore the city with everything they need. Exploring NYC on a road bike is a great way to see all the sights up close and personal while getting some exercise. Customers are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and bring a camera to capture the experience. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
