Departing at 8:00 a.m. from the San Juan area, the tour returns around 5:00 p.m., depending on conditions. Pickups are scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the San Juan area. It is important to note that closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing are required for this adventure. The experience is not suitable for children under 7 years old or below 4 feet in height, as well as individuals over 270 pounds. Safety is a top priority, with all ziplines equipped with 2 cables and launching/landing platforms for comfort and safety.
