Gratuities are not included unless purchasing a ‘Groups of 10 or more’ ticket, where a 10% gratuity is automatically added. For groups of 17 or more, direct booking is recommended. The activity takes place rain or shine, with the option to reschedule or convert to a gift certificate up to 24 hours in advance for smaller groups, and varying notice periods for larger groups. In the rare case of a cancellation, ticket-holders have the option to reschedule, receive credit for a future event, or obtain a refund.
