Each person can keep up to 2 gallons of scallops or 10 gallons per group, whichever comes first. Rates for private charters vary based on the number of passengers, with the option to add an in-water guide for an additional fee. During the excursion, up to six guests will have the opportunity to snorkel and hunt for Bay Scallops in waters typically 5-10 feet deep. Stronger swimmers may have an advantage in finding more scallops. All necessary snorkeling gear is provided, and those looking for extra assistance can opt to include an in-water guide to help locate and collect scallops. An Adventure Package add-on is available for purchase, which includes a waterproof phone case, souvenir towel, and a spray bottle of sunscreen. For parties larger than six, arrangements can be made by contacting the tour provider directly.
