Children under 50 pounds must have their own life jacket and be accompanied by an adult. Departing from Silver Springs, FL, this tour includes the use of a clear kayak, paddles, safety equipment, and a knowledgeable tour guide. With a weight limit of 425 pounds per boat and no more than 250 pounds per seat, these tandem kayaks can accommodate up to 2 people. Small group sizes of up to 10 guests ensure a personalized and enjoyable experience, with the opportunity to see manatees and other wildlife in their natural habitat. Reservations are required for all Silver Springs tours, and guests must check in with their Get Up And Go Kayaking tour guide 30 minutes prior to departure. The tour includes a $2 per person State Park entrance fee and a $4 per kayak launch fee, payable on site. Alcohol and plastic are not permitted on the waterway, so be sure to bring water in a reusable container.
