Sandbar Surf offers multi-day boat adventures for those looking to learn how to surf or improve their skills. The 3-day package includes 3 all-day lessons, while the 5-day package includes 5 all-day lessons. Lessons are held in the mornings to avoid windy afternoons, which can be challenging for beginners. Lessons cover proper techniques for paddling, positioning, standing, and getting through waves, tailored to each group's ability level. The experienced surf instructors at Sandbar Surf teach in small, age-specific groups with a ratio of 5:1 or less, ensuring personalized attention and guidance. Instructors are certified in CPR/First Aid and have undergone fingerprint screening through the Police Department. They have qualifications in areas such as lifeguarding, professional surfing competition, and swim instruction. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced surfer, the instructors will work with you to enhance your surfing skills. Rates for the boat adventure start at $285 for a 3-day package and $450 for a 5-day package. Each day consists of 4 hours of instruction, meeting at 8 am and finishing around noon. Space is limited, so it is recommended to book in advance. Participants are advised to bring swimwear, sunscreen, a towel, and drinking water for the lessons. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental.
