Experience the beauty of Madeira Island with a 3-hour boat adventure that includes a visit to the Desertas Island. This Natural Park Reserve is home to "Deserta Grande", the only island in the reserve that is open to visitors. Explore the island and observe the diverse bird species and the iconic Monk Seal that call it home. The trip takes approximately 7 hours and is seasonal, running from May to September. Join the adventure on Wednesdays and Saturdays, departing at 9:00 am with lunch included. Be sure to pack aqua shoes, a bathing suit, a towel, and a windbreaker for the excursion. Please note that transportation to the activity is not included, so plan accordingly. This boat adventure offers a unique opportunity to explore the natural beauty and wildlife of the Desertas Island while enjoying a day out on the water. - Duration: 3 hours - Seasonal trips from May to September - Departures on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:00 am (lunch included)
