Experience the thrill of kayaking with a guided tour in Japan for those who may be new to the activity and feeling a bit apprehensive. All guides are certified in CPR and first aid, ensuring a safe and secure tour for up to 8 guests per guide. Tours are available in the morning (9:45-12:15) and afternoon (12:00-2:30), with the destination of Popoi'a Island from Kailua Beach, a paddling distance of approximately 500 meters and a 20-minute journey, depending on weather conditions. Upon arrival at Popoi'a Island, guests can take a break, enjoy provided snacks and water, and embark on an eco-tour led by the guide. Learn about the history, nature, and wildlife surrounding Kailua, as well as the importance of environmental conservation in Hawaii. Participants will leave with a sense of accomplishment from reaching the island, unique photos, and a commitment to protecting the environment by taking their trash with them. The guided kayak tour is open to participants aged 13 and above who are able to swim. For added convenience, hotel pick-up is available between 7:30 am and 8:30 am for those staying in Waikiki. The tour package includes free transportation, lunch, snorkeling, bodyboarding, beach mats, lockers for valuables, waterproof bags, life jackets, and landing permits. Guests can purchase essentials like sunscreen, sunglass retainers, waterproof phone cases, and towels at the shop (with a 15% discount for tour participants).
