Your 10-hour journey begins with a hotel pick-up in Rome, where you will be taken to explore the secrets of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil production. Visit ancient villages like Caprarola or Sutri, each offering unique attractions such as the Renaissance Villa Farnese or the Roman Amphitheatre and Etruscan Necropolis. Immerse yourself in the olive oil making process at an olive-mill in Vetralla, where you will learn about harvesting and the art of oil production.
