However, rental is only possible after completing the surf ski basic course to ensure safety for both individuals and equipment. Suitable for those who enjoy outdoor sports and want to strengthen their bodies and minds, surf skiing is a great way to try something new and challenge yourself. With various rental options available, including hourly rates and annual subscriptions, you can enjoy the sport at your own pace and convenience. Surfski rental includes the boat itself, a leash, transport trolley, and boat trestles, with additional options to rent a life jacket and wing paddle for added safety. To rent a surf ski, simply book and pay online at one of our five locations around Lake Thun. After booking, follow the procedure outlined on our website, which includes retrieving the surf ski, checking for functionality, taking a tutorial, and returning the equipment at the designated time. Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of CHF 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
