Private Maui Surf Lessons offers personalized instructions tailored to your individual needs to help you achieve your surfing goals. Whether you are just starting out and learning the basics of paddling or looking to improve your skills in catching waves, our knowledgeable guides will provide you with the tools to read waves and currents on your own. All of our guides are experienced surfers with backgrounds ranging from basic to big wave surfing and hold American Red Cross CPR and First Aid certifications. We offer surf lessons at 6am, 8am, and 10am, with the option of a dawn patrol special for early risers. Each lesson lasts 2 hours and includes complimentary photos taken during the session. Lessons are available for individuals or private groups, with rates starting at $165 for a single guest and decreasing in price for larger groups. There are no age restrictions, making it a perfect activity for both adults and children. When preparing for your surf lesson, we provide boards, rash guards, and water, but we recommend bringing reef safe sunscreen, a towel, a change of dry clothes, and an open mind to learn about the ocean and surfing. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
