Experience the thrill of outrigger canoe surfing at Waikīkī Beach, the only place where visitors can ride the waves on a traditional Hawaiian canoe. The 1-hour canoe charter costs $400 per canoe, with a maximum of 6 riders allowed. No minimum number of riders is required, making it a perfect activity for families or small groups. The outrigger canoe runs daily from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with same-day reservations possible by visiting or calling the activity desk at (808) 388-1510. Children ages 5 and above are welcome, with a parent or guardian required to hold the child during the ride and provide their own lifejacket or flotation device. All swimming and paddling abilities are also welcome, with life jackets available for adults upon request. Certified first and second canoe captains guide the canoe, assisting guests with paddling and navigating through the surf. Safety is a top priority, and in times of large surf or unpredictable ocean conditions, the canoe may not be used for safety reasons. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
