The equipment provided is new, clean, and well-maintained, with employees ensuring everything is in great condition for each use. Customers are given a map of the area, detailed explanations on where to find manatee sanctuaries and swim areas, as well as a complimentary dry bag. All employees are locals who can provide valuable insight and information to enhance your experience on the water. Included in the rental are life jackets, paddles, a small dry bag, and a thorough explanation of the area. Customers are also given a short paddling lesson if needed. It is recommended to bring water, sunscreen, hat or sunglasses, bug spray, towel, and a change of clothes for the adventure. Single sit-on top kayaks, double sit-on top kayaks, and hybrid paddleboards are available for rental, catering to different weight limits and skill levels. Customers can reserve in advance to ensure they get the right equipment for their needs. The adventure lasts for 4 hours, with customers advised to arrive 30 minutes prior to their reservation time to complete necessary paperwork and watch a short video required by the Florida Wildlife Commission. By arriving early, customers can make the most of their time on the water and smoothly transition into their kayak or paddleboard rental without cutting into their reserved time. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
