The PADI Adventure Diver program in Gran Canaria offers the opportunity to earn certifications through completing three adventure dives. By completing the required Deep Adventure Dive, Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive, and three additional Adventure Dives, participants can earn their Advanced Open Water Diver certification. This program is designed to enhance diving skills, increase comfort in the water, and deepen understanding of the underwater environment. To participate in the PADI Adventure Diver program, individuals must have a PADI Open Water Diver certification or a qualifying certification from another organization. The minimum age requirement is 15, or 12 for PADI Junior Advanced Open Water Diver certification. The program includes five Adventure Dives, with two core dives (Deep dive and Underwater navigation) and the option to choose three additional dives from a list of specialties such as Night Diver, Wreck Diver, and Underwater Photographer. Participants in the PADI Adventure Diver program will need to have the Adventures in Diving Crew pack, a log book, and a medical statement included in the confirmation email. The program duration is approximately three days, with rates set at €180 per person aged 10 and above.
