Adventure Details
The Boat Adventure program offers a subset of Open Water Certification for those who may not have the time to complete the full certification. It allows participants to dive in open water environments under the supervision of a dive professional to a maximum depth of 12 meters/40 feet. Upon completion, divers will earn the PADI or SSI Scuba Diver certification, which can be upgraded to the Open Water Diver certification with additional training. Rates may vary on holiday dates, and a minimum of 3 divers is required for each boat trip. This course, offered by PADI or SSI, provides participants with the opportunity to become fully certified Scuba Divers. However, there are limitations compared to being an Open Water Diver, including the requirement to dive under the direct supervision of a Dive Guide and a depth limit of 12 meters/40 feet. For those looking to dive more freely and deeper, the standard Open Water Diver courses are recommended. The program can be completed in just one day, making it a convenient option for those with busy schedules. Participants are advised to bring swimwear, sun protection, towels, and customary gratuity for the boat staff. Additionally, a medical clearance may be required in the case of serious medical issues, or a "YES" on the PADI or SSI medical form. E-learning materials are not included in the certification price, and single students may be charged an additional fee for private instruction based on schedule demands and instructor availability. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
