Our Adventures offers two paddling adventures for guests to choose from: a 1 or 2 hour trip from Roosevelt Park to the Blue Star district, and a 4 hour trip from Roosevelt Park to Espada Park. The shorter trip is a relaxing 1.2 mile round trip through calm waters, where guests can enjoy the native trees and wildlife along the way. The longer trip offers a more adventurous experience with 20+ kayak chutes to navigate and potential obstacles to overcome. The 4 hour trip from Roosevelt Park to Espada Park is a 6.5 mile adventure that is perfect for those seeking a challenge. Guests will have the opportunity to experience different parts of the Mission Reach area of the San Antonio River, while encountering wildlife and enjoying the thrill of navigating through kayak chutes. While this trip may require some physical effort, it is designed for those looking for a more adventurous experience on the water. With a cut-off time of 12pm for reservations, guests can enjoy a day of paddling on the San Antonio River with all equipment provided, including kayak rental, life jacket, paddle, and launch/egress assistance. Transportation will be needed at the end of the 4 hour trip from Espada Park back to Roosevelt Park. Additionally, there is a $30 fee for any broken paddles returned, and weight capacities for single and tandem kayaks are provided for guests' reference. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
