The Tube Shack offers a unique and enjoyable river tubing experience on the Cowichan River. All rentals come with a convenient shuttle service to transport guests to the starting point at Little Beach. The duration of the tubing adventure is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, with the last shuttle pickup at 6:30pm running at least every 10 minutes. Guests frequently ask about bringing bags and coolers on the tubing trip, and the answer is yes. Items can be tied onto tubes or placed in a swift tube with a bottom. While regular tubes are designed for one person, swift tubes are suitable for an adult and a small child. Small dogs are allowed on the tubing adventure, but medium to large dogs are not recommended due to the long distance of the trip. It is also suggested to wear shoes for added comfort at the end of the journey. The tubing experience begins with a relaxed journey along the Cowichan River, passing by picturesque old bridges. As the trip progresses, the river narrows and the pace picks up slightly, providing a more exciting ride without extreme rapids. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of CAD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
