In the colder months, temperatures can range from 40F to 75F, so riders are advised to dress warmly and bring windbreakers or jackets. Sunglasses, sunblock, and closed-toed athletic shoes are recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable experience on the water. To ensure a safe and enjoyable ride, participants must be well-rested and not under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substances. The experience is open to riders between 5 to 6ft 7in in height, weighing up to 250 lbs, and aged 13 years or older.
