With a 90% success rate of witnessing the Northern Lights, guests are informed about the conditions and have the option to postpone or cancel for a full refund if the chances are low. Included in the tour are amenities such as water, coffee, tea, snacks, lefse, and Aurora pictures. Guests can also opt for a private VIP tour in the Mercedes V-Class Minivan, accommodating up to 7 guests for a more exclusive experience.
