Experience the beauty of Lake Como while delving into the rich culinary traditions of northern Italy with our hands-on cooking class. Learn how to make fresh pasta using high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients in a cozy and warm environment. After the class, enjoy the fruits of your labor as you savor the dishes you prepared accompanied by local wine. Our cooking classes not only teach you how to cook, but also provide insight into the cultural and historical significance of the ingredients used in the recipes. Prices for the cooking class are €105 for adults, €50 for children up to 14 years old, and free for children under 3 years old. Classes are held every day at 11.00am and 6.00pm, except for Tuesdays and Saturdays at 11.00am. The duration of the class is about 2 hours and participants will be informed of the exact location after booking, which is typically within a 10-minute drive from downtown. Group classes require a minimum of 4 participants, while private tours for 1-10 people are available upon request. Challenge your culinary skills with dishes like Tagliatelle with turmeric, thyme and poppy seeds, Buckwheat tortelli with peas, feta cheese, and mint leaf, Ravioli with herbs and local butter and hazelnuts, and Tortelloni with potatoes and beets with crispy bacon. The class includes cooking instruction by a local teacher, tasting of the prepared meals, and local wine.
