Participants in the cooking class will have the opportunity to prepare and enjoy dishes such as tagliatelle with turmeric and thyme, buckwheat tortelli with peas and feta cheese, ravioli with herbs and hazelnuts, and tortelloni with potatoes and beets. The class is led by a local teacher and includes a tasting of the prepared meals paired with local wine. Group classes require a minimum of 4 participants, with options for private tours available for 1 to 10 people.
