Equipped with a neoprene suit, helmet, and personal protective equipment, including a harness, helmet, carabiner, and eight, you'll be in safe hands with an English-speaking professional instructor leading the way. A picnic consisting of fruit, nuts, biscuits, and water is included to keep you energized throughout the adventure. Additionally, liability and accident insurances are provided for your peace of mind. To participate in this thrilling activity, all you need to bring are running shoes (to be wet), a change of shoes, a swimsuit, and a towel. The only requirements are the ability to swim and a lack of fear of heights, making this adventure suitable for participants of all ages.
