Participants will embark on a boat adventure starting in Coimbra and heading to Aveiro, known as the "Portuguese Venice." Aboard traditional Moliceiros boats, originally used for catching seaweed and salt, guests will navigate the urban channels for a 45-minute tour. After the boat ride, the journey continues on foot through Aveiro's main tourist attractions, including the fishermen's neighborhood and Art Nouveau-style buildings, with a tasting of regional sweet "ovos moles" to conclude the visit. The adventure then moves on to Praia da Barra, where guests can explore the mouth of the Vouga river and the Aveiro estuary, with a visit to the impressive Aveiro lighthouse. Continuing to Costa Nova, participants will discover one of Portugal's most beautiful beaches and its unique neighborhood of colorful striped houses, once used as fishing warehouses. After taking in the sights and experiences, guests will return to Coimbra to conclude the tour. This half-day trip includes transportation, Moliceiro boat tickets, bottled water, and an "ovos moles" tasting. Available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, the tour provides a unique opportunity to explore Aveiro's cultural and natural treasures with a knowledgeable guide.
