Experience the beauty of Florida's waterways with XYZ boat rentals. Our boats are equipped with comprehensive insurance and SeaTow membership, ensuring a safe and worry-free adventure on the water. Customers born after January 1, 1988 are required to complete a boater safety course and possess a Boating Safety Education Identification Card to operate a motor boat with 10 hp or more. We recommend a specific company for the boater safety course to ensure all safety requirements are met. All boats come with a navigation system, either onboard or on an iPad, making it easy to explore beaches, restaurants, and other attractions accessible by boat. Customers must return the boat with a full tank of fuel to avoid additional charges. In the event of a mechanical problem, we will provide a replacement boat or a partial refund, and the SeaTow membership covers any towing costs. For added convenience, we offer boat delivery to vacation homes in the Cape Coral area for an extra fee. Cancellation policies are in place to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, with refunds ranging from 100% to 80% depending on the timing of the cancellation. Cancellations due to hurricanes or damages to the boat will result in a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations due to bad weather (excluding hurricanes) cannot be granted. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
