This facilitation session provides Arizona paperwork, fingerprint cards, and guidance on correctly filling out forms for a Multi-State CCW permit. Make sure to bring your current California CCW permit to the session. Upon booking the Multi-State CCW session, visit the Eureka store during business hours to receive your Arizona paperwork and assistance with form completion. Pacific Outfitters provides the necessary Arizona fingerprint cards, and you will need to send a $60 money order to "AZ DPS" for processing. Remember to bring all required credentials for a successful application process, including your California Concealed Weapons permit. Included in the session are a professional instructor, Arizona fingerprint cards, concealed carry application form, and a state mailing packet. However, postage and fingerprinting services are not provided on-site. State fees of $60 must be paid by cashier's check to "AZ DPS."
