The volcanic soil of the island produces distinctive local products, and you will have the opportunity to cook traditional Santorinian dishes and mezes using these ingredients. After the cooking class, you can enjoy the fruits of your labor with some local wine. Included in the experience are pick up and drop off in a modern vehicle, an English-speaking local guide, the self-cooked meal with local wine, and all taxes and tasting fees. Participants must be at least 18 years old to consume alcohol, and any special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance.
