Experience a unique and educational Kayak & Swim Adventure on the stunning Rainbow River in central Florida. Paddle up the crystal clear river to the Rainbow River State Park where you will see the 1st magnitude head spring and learn about Florida's aquifer system. Along the way, spot wildlife such as otters, turtles, birds, and fish, as well as a variety of aquatic plants that thrive in this pristine habitat. After reaching the state park, you have the option to swim and snorkel back down the river, exploring underwater springs, sand boils, limestone rock ledges, colorful aquatic plants, and a variety of aquatic life. If swimming is not your preference, you can still enjoy the beauty of the river by walking around the State Park before kayaking back. Wetsuits are available during the winter months or upon request in the summer, and all necessary equipment, including kayaks, snorkeling gear, and safety equipment, is provided. This 3-hour adventure is offered Monday through Thursday to avoid overcrowding on weekends, with a cost of $80 per person (3 person minimum). Launching from KP Hole Park in Dunnellon, FL, the experience includes the opportunity to explore the natural wonders of the Rainbow River both above and below the water's surface. Please arrive early to park, get fitted for snorkeling gear, and obtain a wristband for park entry. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
