To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we ask that guests arrive 15 minutes prior to departure for check-in and a mandatory safety briefing. Please be aware that a re-booking fee will apply if you miss the boat, and gratuity is not included in the ticket price. Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental.
