Ninilchik Charters offers fully guided Alaska Bear + Wildlife viewing boat adventures during the Summer months. Departing from Ninilchik on one of their six pack boats, guests will board the M/V Sea Stallion and cruise across Cook Inlet to Lake Clark National Park. Once in the park, guests will have the opportunity to view Alaskan brown bears gathering to feed from a safe distance, with the chance to see 10-20 bears including big males and females with cubs. For the 6-hour adventure, guests are advised to bring rain gear, a packed lunch/snacks, water/beverages, and a camera. Hip waders will be provided if needed. The trip includes fishing gear, bait, and fish cleaning upon arrival to the dock. Tips for the crew are recommended at 15-20% of the charter fee, with each fisherman encouraged to tip $20 to $25+ per crewmember. Fishing licenses can be purchased locally or online, and King Salmon stamps are not required unless specifically booked for a King Salmon trip. Anglers will enjoy the comfortable 27' North River Seahawk boat named the Sea Stallion for their fishing adventure in Cook Inlet. Families are welcome, and private boat options are available. Guests prone to sea sickness are advised to take a remedy before the trip, as the boat will not turn back for those who become ill. Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental.
