Embark on a 2.5-hour boat adventure to search for bottlenose dolphins and loggerhead sea turtles with our knowledgeable naturalist. Learn about the social behavior and feeding habits of the dolphins as you observe them in their natural habitat. Discover the life history of the threatened loggerhead sea turtle and have the opportunity to explore Capers Island's "Bone-yard Beach" during the excursion. Trips are available Sunday through Friday from 6:00pm to 8:30pm during the summer months, with additional trips scheduled in the off-season on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Guests are encouraged to bring their own refreshments and small coolers, including beer and wine for passengers ages 21 and over. Comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing, shoes or sandals, and optional bathing suits are recommended for the possibility of getting in the water during the excursion. Don't forget to bring essentials such as sunscreen, towels, cameras, binoculars, bug spray, or any other items that will enhance your experience on the boat adventure. Explore the beauty of the local salt marshes, inlets, and barrier islands while observing dolphins and sea turtles in their natural environment.
