"Flow and Go" offers a unique and relaxing experience that combines a paddling lesson with a SUP yoga class. The adventure lasts approximately 2.75 hours, including a 30-minute break. Participants of all levels are welcome, as no prior experience is necessary. Safety precautions and proper paddle technique are discussed before heading into the calm waters of Ala Moana beach to enjoy a leisurely paddle, with the chance to spot turtles along the way. After the paddle session, participants will have a 30-minute break before beginning the SUP yoga class. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Boards are anchored in waist-deep water for a playful yoga flow session that challenges balance and strengthens the core. The class culminates in a blissful floating savasana, allowing participants to relax and rejuvenate after their hard work on the water. Lifejackets are provided for those who may not be confident swimmers in the deep water. Overall, "Flow and Go" offers a well-rounded experience that combines physical activity, relaxation, and connection with nature. Participants can enjoy the beauty of Ala Moana beach while improving their paddling skills and practicing yoga on a paddleboard.
