Kent Safaris offers an 8-day private trekking tour in Uganda's forests, with rates starting at $2800 per person. This adventure takes you through Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to nearly half of the world's endangered Mountain Gorillas, as well as Kibale National Park for chimpanzee encounters and Queen Elizabeth National Park for game viewing. The itinerary includes tree climbing lions, gorilla tracking, bird watching, cultural visits, and more. The tour begins with arrival at Entebbe Airport, followed by visits to Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary and Entebbe Botanical Gardens. The journey continues to Kibale National Park for a guided walk and cultural visits, then to Queen Elizabeth National Park for game drives and a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. The final days are spent at Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for gorilla trekking before returning to Kampala. Inclusions in the tour package are airport transfers, gorilla permits, meals per itinerary, English-speaking guides, 4WD safari vehicle, accommodation, emergency evacuation, and public liability insurance. Exclusions include visa fees, international flights, travel insurance, cigarettes and alcohol, souvenirs, and gratuity.
