Dive Kauai offers two options for refreshing scuba diving skills: the Dive Kauai Refresher Course for those who have not dived for 2-5 years, and the PADI ReActivate for those who have been out of the water for 5 years or more. Both courses include 2 dives in the open ocean, with the first dive focusing on practical skills and the second dive allowing for a fun dive to put those skills into practice. Participants will receive a new PADI certification card after completing the PADI ReActivate course. Participants in the refresher courses do not need to bring their own equipment, as there is no additional charge for equipment rental. The courses are open to certified divers aged 10 and above, and last up to 4 hours in duration. The Dive Kauai Ultimate Refresher Course is designed to help divers refresh their skills for a more enjoyable dive adventure, whether they need a quick reminder or a more comprehensive review of the basics before diving again. For those looking to update their certification card or prepare for an upcoming dive trip, the PADI ReActivate Course is a valuable option. Dive shops prefer to see a recent ReActivate date on certification cards, as it indicates readiness to dive. Participants do not need to be PADI Divers to enroll in the PADI ReActivate Course, but will need to show a certification card from another agency. Remember to bring a towel, sunscreen, light jacket, PADI or other certification agency card, and a log book showcasing logged dives to the course. - Dive Kauai Refresher Course - $209+tax/person - PADI ReActivate - $279+tax/person - No additional charge for equipment rental - Ages 10+ certified divers only - Towel, sunscreen, light jacket, certification card, and log book required - TLDR - Dive Kauai offers refresher courses for divers who have been out of the water for 2-5 years or 5 years or more. - PADI ReActivate course provides a new certification card after completion. - No need to bring equipment, ages 10+, and up to 4 hours in duration.
Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
