All tours are subject to minimum numbers and weather conditions, and Dave’s Diving Kaikoura reserves the right to cancel tours at any time. In the event of a weather cancellation, a full refund will be provided. Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of NZD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental.
