Adventure Details
The River Outfitter offers a unique tasting tour that combines kayaking, biking, delicious food, and unique beverages in TC's best eateries and brew pubs. The tour starts at 12 noon and ends at 5:30 pm, where participants will pedal back on comfortable cruisers to hop in kayaks and take to the water for the remainder of the adventure. Participants are advised to wear appropriate exercise clothing and shoes for entering restaurants, as food and drinks are not included in the program registration. All tours are self-guided and begin at 1910 W. South Airport Rd. (Medalie Park). Rates for the tour are $69 for a single kayak with 1 bike or $138 for a tandem kayak with 2 bikes. The price includes bikes, helmets, a guide, and a kayak or paddle board. Participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled experience to ensure a smooth and enjoyable adventure. The Jackson Riviera Sit-on-Top Kayaks provided have a capacity of 300lbs for single kayaks and 450lbs for tandem kayaks. The Riviera model is easy to use, comfortable, and suitable for beginners and pros alike, with a high-back seat for support to kayak all day if desired. The River Outfitter's tasting tour offers an exciting and active way to explore TC's waters while sampling delicious food and beverages from the best local eateries and brew pubs. Participants will have the opportunity to pedal on comfortable cruisers, kayak in easy-to-use Jackson Riviera kayaks, and enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the area. Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
