Age requirements for this guided boat adventure include solo drivers aged 16 and above, who must present a valid form of identification. Younger participants aged 14 and 15 can drive with an adult aged 18 or older onboard, while children as young as 5 are welcome to join the adventure. Please ensure you arrive 35 minutes early for your reserved time slot to allow ample time for preparation, as late arrivals may result in a shortened riding experience. In the event of a cancellation, customers can receive a full refund with 24 hours notice or if the operator cancels the trip due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, please contact us by phone. Please note that no-shows will be charged the full price of the reserved ride. Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
