Adventure Details
Boat to Bar Water Taxi service offers private blocks of time transportation as well as per-seat transportation options for up to six passengers. A minimum of two passengers is required to depart, with the option to pay the minimum fee to guarantee a time slot if the minimum is not met. Each guest is allowed one checked bag and one carry-on, with any additional bags incurring an extra fee. It is important to note that pet life-vests are not provided, so guests must bring their own for their furry friends. Guests can also take advantage of the dockside grocery pick-up and delivery service during specified hours, although missed deliveries will not be the responsibility of the company. All water taxi services must be booked before 3pm, with emergency rates and private bookings available after that time. It is crucial for guests to arrive at the departure point 30 minutes before departure, with a signed waiver in hand. Late arrivals or guests behaving rudely may be left at the dock with no refund, as this is a transportation service, not a tour. Delays of up to 30 minutes can occur for the water taxi, with the captain notifying guests of any potential delays due to weather or other factors. Tickets are non-refundable once booked, although guests can reschedule by texting or emailing 24 hours before departure, subject to availability. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
