Experience the beauty of Dewey Beach from a different perspective with kayak rentals available for various durations - from hourly to weekly. Enjoy the convenience of free local delivery within Dewey Beach, or opt for delivery for a small fee. Each rental includes two paddles and life jackets, with no age limit for children riding in tandem kayaks with an adult as long as they can tread water with a PFD. Tandem kayaks have a weight limit of 400 lbs, and additional life vests can be rented for $5. Parking is free before 10 a.m. and after 5 p.m. on Mondays during the season, or you can use the Park Mobile app to pay around $3 per hour. Be sure to bring gratuity for your instructor, dock hand, or driver, as it is not included in the rental rates. Gear sharing or swapping at the Dewey concession is not allowed, and the last launch time may vary depending on sunset. Remember to check with lifeguards about each beach's rules and regulations for launching watercraft. Don't forget to pack essentials such as gratuity for dock staff, a waterproof pouch, sunglasses straps, a towel, a change of clothes, water, sunscreen, and something for keeping time. Wear something dry wicking, a bathing suit or board shorts, a hat for sun protection, and footwear for your comfort and safety. Take advantage of the rental rates on site starting at $45 for an hour or $55 for two hours, or opt for daily rentals off site starting at $79 for a day. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
