Texas River Company offers two paddling adventures for guests to enjoy. The first adventure is a laid back 1 to 2 hour trip from Roosevelt Park to the Blue Star district. This relaxing journey allows guests to paddle through the calm waters of the San Antonio River, surrounded by beautiful native trees and wildlife such as geese, ducks, turtles, and more. Guests can spend time hanging out in the water, listening to music, or even trying their hand at fishing. For those seeking a more adventurous experience, the 4 hour trip from Roosevelt Park to Espada Park is a 6.5 mile one-way journey. This kayak adventure includes navigating through 20+ kayak chutes and potential obstacles such as rocks and low spots. Guests may need to portage their kayak at times, adding an element of challenge to the trip. This adventure offers a unique experience for those looking to explore the Mission Reach area of the San Antonio River. Reservations for the 4 hour trip must be made by 12pm, as Texas River Company has limited time for guests on the water. Transportation is needed once guests reach Espada Park, as the trip is one-way from Roosevelt Park. Prices include kayak rental, life jacket, paddle, and launch/egress assistance. Guests should be aware of a $30 fee for any broken paddles returned. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
