This 1.5-hour excursion promises a festive and memorable experience for all ages. Passengers must check-in at the Black Raven's Ship Store before boarding the ship, located in the St. Augustine Municipal Marina building. Due to strict departure times, the ship leaves at 4:15PM and 7:15PM sharp, with no exceptions for latecomers. If you miss the boarding time, arrangements can be made for another show by contacting the ship store. It is recommended to allow extra time for parking in the limited spaces available in St. Augustine, as refunds will not be issued for parking issues. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe sailing conditions, the cruise may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled at the captain's discretion. If the company cancels the trip, passengers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
