La Playanita, a beautiful beach in Little Elm, TX, is the setting for an exciting boat adventure. Participants are advised to be prepared for unpaved roads and a 300-yard walk down a sandy trail to reach the beach. The area is rich in wildlife, with Osprey and Bald Eagles frequently spotted in the morning hours, and the trails leading to the beach are lined with wildflowers all year round, providing a stunning view for visitors. The event organizers have chosen La Playanita as the location for the adventure to give back to a community heavily impacted by mass-migration, poor sanitation, and unpaved roads. By bringing this event to the area, they hope to provide residents with a chance to experience the natural beauty of the beach that they may not otherwise have access to. This event promises to be a fun and educational experience for both the Hispanic community and the general public, and it is hoped that it will become a regular fixture in the community calendar. For those interested in attending the boat adventure, the meeting and parking location is at 10036 CoveMeadow Dr. Participants must be prepared to carry their board 300 yards to and from the beach, with specific requirements for different groups. Children aged six and up are welcome to participate, and a state-issued ID is required to pick up a rental. Alcohol is not allowed, and those under the influence will have their reservation canceled.
