The 1.5-hour experience includes a safety course, waterbike launch, on-water warmup, and a guided ride of 1 to 3 miles on the San Francisco Bay. In the colder months, temperatures can range from 40F to 75F, so riders are advised to dress warmly and bring windbreakers or jackets. Sunglasses, sunblock, and closed-toed athletic shoes are recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable experience on the water. To ensure a safe and enjoyable ride, participants must be well-rested and not under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substances. The experience is open to riders between 5 to 6ft 7in in height, weighing up to 250 lbs, and aged 13 years or older.
