Experience the wonders of the ocean on a 2.5 to 3-hour whale watching adventure in Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. Our knowledgeable crew will guide you to different locations where you can spot whales and dolphins throughout the year. Learn how to identify these majestic creatures and capture stunning photos and videos of the wildlife. Please note that sea conditions may be rougher in the afternoon due to afternoon winds in Monterey. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable trip, we recommend bringing warm layers, long pants, and closed-toed shoes. It is also advisable to bring sun protection, such as hats, even on overcast days. Additionally, consider bringing a camera, binoculars, water, and snacks. While guests are no longer allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages on board, beer and wine are available for purchase on our vessels in compliance with California Alcoholic Beverage Control regulations. Join us for a whale watching adventure departing from 66 Fishermans Wharf, Monterey, CA. Check-in at our office, the Discovery Whale Watch Building, and utilize the address 245 Washington St for parking. Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental.
