Guests can experience the thrill of surfing a wave on an outrigger canoe at Waikīkī Beach, the only place where this unique adventure is available. The duration of the canoe surfing experience is 0.5 hours, with options for up to 6 participants at a cost of $45 per person. A minimum of 3 participants is needed for the activity to take place. Participants must be at least 5 years old, with a parent or guardian present to hold younger children during the ride. All swimming and paddling abilities are welcome, and life jackets for adults are available upon request. The canoe is guided by two certified Canoe Captains who will assist guests with paddling and navigating through the surf. Safety is a top priority, and in cases of large surf or unpredictable ocean conditions, the canoe surfing experience may need to be canceled or rescheduled. Guests will be given as much warning as possible in these situations.
