Experience the thrill of canyoning on São Miguel Island with this exciting half-day adventure starting at the Salto do Cabrito Waterfall. With prices starting at 85€ for adults, this excursion is perfect for beginners and those looking for a medium-level challenge. After a safety briefing and equipment distribution, embark on a 30-minute walk to the canyoning site where you will rappel down waterfalls and experience the breathtaking nature of the volcanic area. Participants will be accompanied by accredited guides and provided with all necessary canyoning equipment, including wetsuits, helmets, and boots. Photos and videos of the adventure are also included in the package. It is recommended to have a moderate to good level of fitness, as the tour may involve walking on unstable terrain and slippery rocks. Participants should be comfortable in the water and be aware of any previous injuries or medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate. The transfer service, including pick-up and drop-off, can be arranged for an additional fee. Pick-up times vary depending on the season, with low season pick-ups between 8:50 and 9:10 a.m. and high season pick-ups between 8:20 and 8:40 a.m. Restrictions apply, including a minimum height of 1.20m and a maximum weight of 120kg. Pregnant individuals and those with back problems are not recommended to participate. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of EUR 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
