The City Bike adventure offers a maximum of 9 hours of exploration, with pick-up starting at 9:30 and drop-off before 18:30. Delivery and collection services are available upon request, with a cost estimate provided. To book the bike rental, customers can choose between two options for payment and identification, either with a credit card and passport/I.D. or with cash and identification. To ensure a smooth experience, customers are advised to bring the necessary identification and payment method as per the chosen option. The bike rental service operates during specific hours from 9:30-13:30 and 14:30-18:30, allowing for flexible exploration of the city and its surroundings. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of EUR 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
