Before setting sail, guests are required to attend a brief safety briefing to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Please note that the boat is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant women should seek medical advice before booking. Additionally, guests over 110 kg / 242 pounds may find the activity challenging. While wildlife spotting cannot be guaranteed, guests are encouraged to exercise reasonable care for their safety while on-board. In the event of unfavorable maritime conditions, the activity may be canceled, and guests will have the option to reschedule, receive a voucher, or obtain a refund. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times for safety reasons.
